Flat Rate Shipping

All quilt orders ship for a flat rate of $25 (CAD) within North America. All lavender sachet orders will be shipped at no charge. Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order has sent. Brita Brown Quilts are shipped via Canada Post.

I offer free local deliveries within Nelson, BC. Select “LOCAL” at checkout and I will be in touch by email to arrange delivery.

Production Times

Quilts I have in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom quilts are are made-to-order and ship within the range of 3 to 6 months, depending on my workload. Please see my “Design a Quilt” option under Custom Quilts.

Custom Quilts Deposit

Once we have agreed on a custom quilt for you and this has been confirmed by you and me via e-mail, I require a 50% deposit to begin your project, with the remaining due upon shipment of the finished quilt.

Goods and Services Tax

All my products sold to recipients in Canada are subject to a 5% GST (Goods and Services) charge.

Foreign Customs/ Import Taxes

All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.  Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payments

I accept payments via e-transfer to britaw@telus.net or via credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your quilt!  If you're unhappy with your order in any way, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss an exchange, store credit or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note: custom quilt deposits are not refundable once I have purchased the fabric for your order.
